  • Label Types:
    • I (Inner Lid) average size: 6”x 9”, The inner label was put on the inside lid of the cigar box. This is the most collected label as it was used to attract attention to the cigars
    • O (Outer) average size 4 1/2” X 4 1/2“, Any label placed on the outside of the cigar box. Most labels sold from our web site are outer, or outside labels which were affixed on the side of the box and sealed the lid
    • SMP (Sample) Sample labels usually featured lithographer’s name, address and label prices on front of label.

  • Condition:
    • MT - Mint, Clean pristine condition, perfect in all respects
    • EX - Excellent, nearly mint with only slightest signs of age
    • VG - Very Good, light stains, small margin crease and or tears
    • G - Good, multiple tears, water marks, soiling, creases, etc.
